The pandemic has resulted in some interesting home trends, and one trend that has emerged is that people are searching for second homes that are within driving distance of their primary residence. Home searches in U.S. ski towns increased close to 36% in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to the same time the prior year, according to a report from realtor.com.
