The mid-century modern home is treasured throughout the Northwest. Those that were not knocked down before their design could be fully appreciated garner fans—and offers—whenever one hits the market. But to find one with such detail and care from its original architects and lovingly cared for by the home’s original and only stewards, is even more remarkable.
Renowned Architecture of Yesterday & Tomorrow

Omer Mithun, a beloved professor at the University of Washington, was committed to the environment, urbanism, and integrated design, among other passions. Along with Harold Nesland, they designed the home to capture sweeping 180-degree views of Lake Washington, the Olympics, and the Cascade Mountains.
